JAKARTA (Indotelko) - Indosat express an apology to their subscribers regarding network disruption which occured since Wednesday (2/4).
"On behalf of Indosat management, we apologize for the inconvenience. The disruption is being recovered. We're very sorry if some of our customers still experiencing any trouble in our network, and we're trying very hard to improve the network," Group Head Customer Experience Project Indosat, Mirza Helmi through company official statement, Thursday (3/4).
Indosat are now having a technical error on their network and affected to almost of their services, including voice call service, SMS, and data, not only end-user but also corporate users who use Indosat data based on IP/Ethernet.
Technical indications have been found as a flooding traffic in IP MPLS side which cause an overload in some of Indosat's devices.
"We keep open our contact center. Matrix users can sent complaint through call number 111, for Mentari and IM3 users via number 100. Or through our twitter @indosatcare or email customer_service@indosat.com. For corporate customer, complaint can be sent via 021-30008686 or email corporatesolution@indosat.com and mobile.corporate@indosat.com," Mirza explained.
This is the last time Indosat have sent an apology to their users. Previously, Indosat also sent the same apologize when their network having a disruption while their modernizing their 900 Hz UMTS technology network in Jakarta and surrounding areas. (ct)
