Ideoworks Invests in Gopher Indonesia

JAKARTA (IndoTelko) – Ideoworks invests in Gopher Indonesia to Empower 3,000 New SMEs In Indonesia.

“With Google & Gopher Indonesia, we want to support Indonesian SMEs to harness the potential of the Internet to grow their business both within Indonesia and overseas, with ads in multiple languages. We target to empower 3,000 new Indonesian SMEs within three years,” said Chairman of Ideoworks Andi S. Boediman in his release. 

The investment will be used by Gopher Indonesia to scale, localize for Indonesian requirements and develop the digital advertising market for Indonesia's SMEs.   

This is in line with Ideoworks’ business that focuses on e-commerce for SMBs. The investment in Gopher Indonesia is carried out together with Buzzworks, a sister company of Ideoworks that serves digital media placement.

In 2012, Google appointed Gopher as the first Google AdWords Premier Small Medium Business (SME) Partner delivering Google’s advertising products to SMEs in Indonesia that want expert help in creating, managing and optimizing their online advertising campaigns.

In addition to helping SMEs, Gopher also provides digital advertising technology & services to various large corporations in several countries across Asia-Pacific, including some of the region's largest telecommunications, advertising and media companies, focusing on using technology to deliver measurable Return on Investment (ROI) driven online advertising campaigns.
