Tower Bersama Revenue Rose 23%

JAKARTA (IndoTelko) – PT Tower Bersama Infrastructure Tbk (TBIG) generated revenue and EBITDA of Rp3,307 billion and Rp2,717 billion, respectively, for the full year ending 31 December 2014.

This represents a 23% increase in revenue and a 23% increase in EBITDA versus the comparable twelve month period of 2013.  
The Company’s EBITDA margins improved slightly to 82.2% for full year 2014 versus 82% for full year 2013. Using the annualized 4th quarter 2014 results, total annualized revenue reached Rp3,500 billion, and  annualized EBITDA reached Rp2,876 billion.

As of 31 December 2014, total debt, valuing USD loans at their hedged exchange rate, was Rp14,835 billion and gross senior debt was Rp11,522 billion while cash balances were Rp901 billion, resulting in net debt of Rp13,934 billion and net senior debt of Rp10,621 billion.

Using the 4th quarter 2014 annualized EBITDA, the net senior debt to EBITDA ratio is 3.69x, and net debt to EBITDA ratio is 4.84x.  TBIG has ample room for further financing based on our bank and USD and IDR bond covenants.

As of 31 December 2014, TBIG had 19,076 tenants and 11,820 telecommunication sites. The Company’s telecommunication sites comprised 10,825 telecommunication towers, 941 shelter-only sites, and 54 DAS networks. With total tower tenants amounting to 18,081, the Company’s tenancy ratio was 1.67.
