ACL selected by GGP to Upgrade Business Processes

SINGAPORE (IndoTelko)  — The company that is transforming audit and risk ACL, today announced that major Indonesia pineapple producer Great Giant Pineapple (GGP) has selected ACL’s audit and compliance management software, ACL GRC.

GGP, one of the top three producers of pineapples worldwide and a proponent of eco-friendly processes, will be using ACL software and professional services to improve its audit processes and project management.

With businesses needing to stay competitive in a rapidly modernizing global landscape, GGP recognized the unique position and ability of auditors to address these challenges, having deep insight into business operations.

By equipping their auditors with the right tools, they are empowering the team to assure that maximum revenue is recognized and preventable loss is avoided by identifying operational waste.

According to GGP, integrating ACL’s solutions into their processes will greatly improve time efficiency.

The unique ability of ACL to directly document data analysis results from within the audit management tool significantly shortens the reporting process. GGP also looks forward to how the system will make monitoring of audit project status easier. This means cutting down review cycles and getting a quick view of project status, deficiencies, and findings.

Overall, GGP’s vision for the adoption of ACL software is to ensure that management is always effectively informed, for example, through the system’s automated reminder feature, in addition to streamlined project management.

The three-year deal also includes ACL’s on-boarding consultation services, assisting GGP to successfully implement and best use the system.

A recent survey of ACL GRC customers indicated that it contributed to an increase in productivity in their organisations, reporting time savings of about 50% when generating needed reporting and 80% on documentations and reviewing processes.
One-hundred per cent (100%) of ACL GRC customers also said that they broadened their coverage, with some leaders indicating that they were able to nearly double their output.
