KedaiMart grows 10 times within six months since launch
JAKARTA (IndoTelko) – The KedaiMart Application from PT Kedai Sayur Indonesia, a grocery tech company that operates as a subsidiary to Triputra Group, managed to achieve 10 times business growth in the first 6 months since its launch in January 2021.

This achievement was driven by increased demand from customers in buying household products online during the Covid-19 pandemic. It was noted that during the emergency PPKM period implemented by the Government last July, KedaiMart managed to achieve an increase in demand of up to 400% which was dominated by orders for basic necessities and fruits.

Natalie Djuhandi as the Product Owner of KedaiMart revealed, "The biggest growth spurt of KedaiMart did occur when PPKM Mikro was implemented. However, TokoMart's growth since its launch had been organic and is focused on technology development and product selection, to meet customer satisfaction. Currently, the product variant available in the TokoMart application has increased 5- fold compared to when it was first launched. In the future, we will continue to develop and increase product selection to meet the needs of the market, especially in the Jabodetabek area."

KedaiMart is an online daily needs fulfillment application with the concept of "Supermarket in Your Pocket", which is aimed at modern families in Indonesia as a better alternative to shopping for daily necessities without having to leave the house and wait in line during the Covid-19 pandemic. KedaiMart maintains a commitment to ensure consistent and superior product quality for the satisfaction of customers.

Natalie further explained that despite the ongoing pandemic, Toko Sayur together with KedaiMart continues to create innovation as a solution to meet daily needs. Toko Sayuran is developing a one stop shopping feature with a wide selection of products, as well as presenting donation packages for customers who want to make donations to help disadvantaged communities. In addition, Toko Sayur is currently also exploring the provision of working capital facilities for supplier partners.

"The expectations is that through the efforts we continue to make, in the future the vegetable shop and KedaiMart can develop further and become a full solution for the fulfillment of the needs of the people of Indonesia. We believe that with the trust of our customers and partners of more than 5,000 people, we can continue to grow and be able to provide even better service in the future," Natalie concluded.(es)
